The invention discloses an integrated sensing module, which comprises: an image sensing chip including a plurality of image sensing units arranged in a two-dimensional array; a microporous layer located on the image sensing chip and having one or A plurality of microholes, the microholes correspond to the image sensing unit, wherein the image sensing unit senses an optical image of an object through the microholes; and a light-transmitting cover plate or a combination of light-transmitting cover plates located above the micro-hole layer. An integrated sensing component and a manufacturing method of the integrated sensing module are also provided together. It achieves miniaturization in size, standardized manufacturing, and easy quality control, so as to reduce costs. The effect of using a single microhole or multiple microholes for optical image sensing can be easily integrated with a display to achieve the effects of display touch and biometric fine feature sensing. |
