Crystallizing low-water-content crude caprolactam at normal temperature to obtain a part of high-quality caprolactam, crystallizing high-water-content normal-temperature crystallization mother liquor and distillation raffinate at low temperature, and distilling to obtain the other part of high-quality caprolactam, wherein the low-temperature crystallization mother liquor is evaporated to obtain a circulating material participating in normal-temperature crystallization. The invention adopts a normal and low temperature combined crystallization mode and combines the processes of distillation and evaporation to realize the high-efficiency refining and purification of the impurity-containing caprolactam. The invention has low energy consumption, less waste liquid discharge, low production cost and improved safety when being crystallized at normal and low temperature; the invention has high product yield, short process flow and low equipment investment; the method has the advantages of no intervention of organic solvent, single process and great reduction of production cost; the caprolactam obtained by the method has good quality, and each index is superior to the standard of national standard superior products; less discharge of three wastes and less environmental pollution.
