The linear relationship between the two can achieve rapid and accurate quantification of serum total bile acids. The detection method has good linearity and high sensitivity for the determination of serum total bile acids, and can detect serum total bile acids of рmol level. The method for detecting serum total bile acid is sensitive and rapid, is expected to be used for bedside detection, and has high scientific research and clinical application value.
