titleOfInvention Ceramic grinding fluid and preparation method thereof
abstract The invention discloses a ceramic grinding fluid which is prepared from the following components in percentage by weight: lubricant: 5-25% of antiwear agent: 10-20%, antirust agent: 5-10%, wetting agent: 5-15%, pH regulator: 15-35%, deionized water: 30-50 percent. The preparation steps of the grinding fluid comprise: 1) stirring and dissolving the antirust agent and the pH regulator uniformly at 70-90 ℃, and naturally cooling to obtain a mixed solution A for later use; 2) stirring and mixing the lubricant and the wetting agent uniformly at normal temperature to obtain a mixed solution B for later use; 3) stirring and mixing deionized water and an antiwear agent uniformly at normal temperature to obtain a mixed solution C for later use; 4) and stirring and mixing the mixed solution A, the mixed solution B and the mixed solution C uniformly at normal temperature, and filtering to obtain the grinding fluid. The grinding fluid has good lubricity, wettability and rust resistance, and is particularly suitable for grinding of mobile phone ceramic materials.
