abstract | The invention discloses a method for performing hydrophilic-hydrophobic conversion by applying thiol-alkyne click reaction based on a propinyl methacrylate porous membrane, which comprises the following steps: (1) silanization of titanium sheets; (2) the mixed solution is solidified into a film under ultraviolet light; (3) thiol-alkyne click reactions are used to accomplish the hydrophilic-hydrophobic transformations to the titanium plate. Compared with the traditional method, the method has the advantages that the controllability is stronger, the hydrophilic-hydrophobic transformation efficiency is high, the condition is mild, the effect is obvious, and the method is widely applied to the aspects of patterning, polypeptide two-dimensional separation, cell adsorption and the like. |
