titleOfInvention | Application of stilbene glucoside in preparation of protein kinase N1 gene Pkn1 reduced expression reagent |
abstract | Stilbene glucoside is an important active ingredient from the traditional Chinese medicine fleece-flower root. The application introduces a new function of stilbene glucoside, and through the action experiment of stilbene glucoside on a nerve cell line, the addition of stilbene glucoside is found to be capable of reducing the expression level of Pkn1 gene. The Pkn1 is a molecular switch in a cell surface receptor-mediated signal transduction pathway, the involved signal pathway is closely related to apoptosis, and the change of the Pkn1 indicates that the addition of the stilbene glucoside reduces the signal transduction of an apoptosis pathway and plays a role in protecting the normal metabolism of nerve cells. |
