titleOfInvention Superfine cellulose modified material and preparation method thereof
abstract The invention relates to a preparation method of an ultrafine cellulose modified material, which comprises the following steps: preparing a cellulose sheet or a cellulose coiled material from a cellulose raw material by a papermaking process; treating a cellulosic sheet or web with a radiation sensitizer; carrying out primary radioactive ray irradiation on the treated cellulose sheet or cellulose coiled material in an oxygen-free radiation environment; treating a cellulosic sheet or cellulosic web with a solution containing an organic compound; carrying out secondary radiation irradiation on the cellulose sheet or the cellulose coiled material in a radiation environment; and (3) performing air current crushing on the cellulose sheet or the cellulose coiled material to obtain the superfine cellulose modified material. The process can synchronously carry out the ultra-fining and the surface modification of the cellulose, change the microscopic scale of the product and change the chemical property of the cellulose.
