titleOfInvention | Application of pepper molecular marker in identifying whether pepper plants have fuzz or not |
abstract | The invention discloses application of a pepper molecular marker in identifying whether pepper plants have fuzz or not. The pepper molecular marker disclosed by the invention is a DNA molecule obtained by carrying out PCR amplification on PW10-207 by using pepper genome DNA as a template and adopting a primer pair; the primer pair PW10-207 consists of single-stranded DNAs (named PW10-207F and PW 10-207R), PW10-207F is the single-stranded DNA which is specifically combined with the upstream of the 82 th site of the sequence 3 in the sequence table in the pepper genomic DNA, and PW10-207R is the single-stranded DNA which is specifically combined with the downstream of the 86 th site of the sequence 3 in the sequence table in the pepper genomic DNA. Experiments prove that the pepper molecular marker is related to the existence of the fuzz in the pepper, the pepper fuzz can be identified by the marker in the practical breeding application, and the identification accuracy can reach 99%. |
