abstract | The invention relates to a preparation method of hollow silica microspheres with silane-modified surfaces, which comprises the steps of firstly hydroxylating the surfaces of monodisperse mesoporous hollow silica microspheres by ammonia water and ethanol, mixing and modifying the surfaces of the mesoporous hollow silica microspheres and ethanol solution containing silane-bonded modified superplasticizer, and preparing the silica microspheres with silane-bonded modified superplasticizer modified surfaces through the procedures of separation, washing, drying and the like. The modified silica microspheres prepared by the method have greatly improved dispersibility, can be directly and independently used as functional filler, are dispersed in wall panels to reduce the heat conductivity coefficient of the panels, and are filled into inner and outer wall materials of an assembly type building to improve the heat insulation performance of the assembly type building. |
