titleOfInvention | Microbial degumming method for corn bran fiber |
abstract | The invention provides a microbial degumming method for corn bran fibers, and belongs to the technical field of renewable resource utilization. The microbial degumming method comprises the following steps: (1) selecting corn husks without mildew, and removing dust and impurities on the corn husks; (2) performing soaking pretreatment on the corn bran fibers; (3) aspergillus niger HYA4 solid fermentation to prepare corn bran fiber microorganism degumming liquid; (4) microbial degumming of corn bran fiber; (5) soaking in potassium hydroxide solution; (6) washing and drying to obtain the corn bran fiber. The degumming method provided by the invention has small damage to the corn husk fiber, the prepared corn husk fiber has low residual gum rate, high strength and soft fiber. Meanwhile, the environment is not polluted, green and environment-friendly. |
