titleOfInvention | Biogas fermentation promoting microbial inoculum |
abstract | The invention provides a methane fermentation accelerant, which comprises the following microbial culture solutions in parts by volume: 15-20 parts of firmicutes, 15-20 parts of bacteroides, 3-5 parts of spirochetes, 4-6 parts of thermotoga, 3-5 parts of proteus, 3-5 parts of intercropping bacteria, 3-5 parts of cellulose bacilli and 35-40 parts of eurycopsis. The 13 anaerobic fermentation functional strains selected by the invention are all preserved in strain preservation centers at home and abroad, and are easy to obtain, culture and compound; the fermentation accelerant can adapt to different types of fermentation raw materials by reasonably matching various microorganisms, and can quickly degrade and convert various raw materials into methane; the various microorganisms in the invention have the same or similar growth culture conditions, and can ensure that the microbial inoculum can normally grow and metabolize under the same environmental condition and play the greatest role. |
