titleOfInvention Epoxy resin curing agent based on methyl methacrylate kettle bottom waste material and preparation method and application thereof
abstract the invention discloses an epoxy resin curing agent based on methyl methacrylate kettle bottom waste and a preparation method and application thereof, belonging to the field of curing agents. The invention aims to solve the technical problems of environmental pollution and great harm to human beings caused by methyl methacrylate distillation reaction kettle bottom waste materials and can also solve the pollution problem in the use process of low molecular weight polyethylene polyamine. The structural formula of the curing agent is as follows: the preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly, taking waste materials generated in the production of methyl methacrylate, adding polyethylene polyamine, taking cyclohexane as a water-carrying agent, and heating and refluxing until no methanol exists in reactants; and secondly, adding AGE, and heating for reaction for 30min to obtain the curing agent. The curing agent of the invention is used for curing epoxy resin.
