titleOfInvention Marine fungus-derived isoindolinone compounds, preparation method thereof and application thereof in preparation of anti-inflammatory drugs
abstract The invention discloses a marine fungus-derived isoindolinone compound, a preparation method thereof and application thereof in preparing anti-inflammatory drugs. The structural formula of the isoindolone new compound is shown in the formula II, III or IV. The new compound has the advantages of obviously inhibiting the generation of NO induced by LPS and IC thereof 50 Respectively as follows: 8.9 mM (I), 12.4 mM (II), 18.2 mM (III), 22.7 mM (IV) can be used for preparing anti-inflammatory drugs. Therefore, the isoindolinone compound provided by the invention has the clinical application potential of anti-inflammatory treatment.
