abstract | The invention relates to the field of national medicine, in particular to a preparation method of an effective part of small red garlic, which comprises the following steps: (1) primary extraction of effective parts of the small red garlic: adding extraction solvent into small red garlic, soaking, refluxing, filtering, mixing filtrates, and concentrating to obtain primary extractive solution; (2) and (3) purifying the primary extraction solution: filtering the primary extract, adjusting the pH value, loading the primary extract onto a macroporous adsorption resin column for dynamic adsorption, washing the primary extract to be neutral with water, dynamically analyzing the effective part of the small red garlic adsorbed by the macroporous adsorption resin column by using an analytical agent to obtain an analytical solution, and partially or completely removing the solvent in the analytical solution to obtain the effective part of the small red garlic. The preparation method does not need to use an organic solvent with high toxicity, thereby reducing the use cost and protecting the environment; the resolving agent is ethanol, so that the recovery is convenient, and the resolving agent is non-toxic and environment-friendly; the whole preparation process is economical and pollution-free, and is suitable for industrial mass production. |
