abstract | The cyanoethyl grafted amino hydrocarbon-based silicone oil for the composite solid propellant has a chemical molecular formula of C n+14 H 3n+26 O n+ 2 N 4 Si n+2 Or C n+24 H 3n+42 O n+2 N 8 Si n+2 Or C n+34 H 3n+58 O n+ 2 N 12 Si n+2 (ii) a n is 10 to 100, preferably 20 to 50. The synthesis method comprises the following steps: slowly dripping acrylonitrile into a certain amount of aminosiloxane under the stirring state, and reacting for a period of time under the heating condition; adding a certain amount of hydroxyl-terminated siloxane and an alkaline catalyst, heating, and carrying out condensation reaction for a period of time; after the condensation reaction is finished, adding propionic acid for neutralization, and adding a certain amount of organic solvent for extraction; collecting an organic phase, adding a proper amount of drying agent, and standing overnight; distilling under reduced pressure to remove low-boiling-point substances to obtain cyanoethyl grafted aminoalkyl silicone oil; the steps are carried out in sequence. The cyanoethyl grafted amino alkyl silicone oil auxiliary agent provided by the invention is preferably added by 0.03-0.08% in the formula of the composite solid propellant, so that the wetting state of the interface between solid particles and an adhesive system can be obviously improved, the static friction factor of the solid particles is reduced, and the solid particles are easy to disperse. |
