The invention discloses polyketides with antitumor activity and preparation method and application.Polyketides 14 are prepared by streptomycete Steptomyces qinglanensis 1772205 enterocin gene cluster deletion mutations strain fermentation separation, shown in its structure such as formula (I).In vitro cytotoxic effect test result shows that 14 couples of tumour cell HeLa and MCF 7 of compound involved in the present invention show different degrees of inhibitory activity, and particularly compound 1 shows significant inhibitory action to tumour cell.Preferable candidate compound is provided to develop efficient antineoplastic. |
