The invention provides a benzocarbazole compound and an organic light-emitting device thereof, belonging to the technical field of organic light-emitting materials. The problems of low luminous efficiency and short service life of devices in the prior art are solved. The invention adjusts the R 1 , R 2 and Ar 1 , Ar 2 groups on the benzocarbazole to improve the charge carrier injection balance and improve the recombination rate of electrons and holes in the light-emitting layer.
