abstract | The invention discloses a preparation method of a corrosion-resistant heat-insulating ceramic material, and relates to the technical field of heat-insulating ceramic materials. The preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing diatomite and a silane coupling agent, adding a proper amount of water, placing the mixture into a reaction kettle, stirring, and performing ultrasonic treatment to obtain a dispersion liquid; mixing and ball-milling materials: the following materials were added to the dispersion liquid in order: barium titanate, copper calcium titanate, far infrared ceramic powder, nano titanium dioxide, sodium silicate, a defoaming agent and an ultraviolet absorbent; grinding to obtain a mixed material; sintering and forming: pre-burning the mixed material, extruding, granulating, sieving, precipitating and pressing into a ceramic green body; and (3) carrying out glue discharging treatment on the ceramic green body, sintering, and naturally cooling to room temperature to obtain the heat-insulating ceramic material. The preparation method of the invention not only improves the temperature resistance, pressure resistance and corrosion resistance of the ceramic material, but also has the advantages of oxidation resistance and aging resistance, prolongs the service life and enlarges the application range. |
