The invention discloses a method for preparing perovskite crystal nanowires. First, synthesize perovskite nanoparticles, dissolve them in an organic solvent, stir them evenly, and drop the solution onto a substrate at 80-150°C to make The solvent is quickly evaporated, so that the perovskite nanoparticles are evenly attached to the substrate, and then the substrate is placed in a closed petri dish, so that the perovskite nanoparticles are exposed to the saturated vapor pressure environment of a good solvent. After being cultured for 1-15 days, the perovskite crystals will grow along the one-dimensional direction to obtain nanowire materials. The method includes the rapid precipitation process of nanocrystals when the solvent evaporates at high temperature, and the self-assembly process of nanocrystals in a petri dish under saturated vapor pressure.
