abstract The invention discloses a method for evaluating protein nutrition in vivo based on LC-MS-MS technology. The evaluation method of the present invention includes the following steps: (1) collecting the contents of different intestinal segments, extracting and separating protein components; (2) determining the protein concentration; (3) mass spectrometry pretreatment: including digesting and desalting the whole protein solution; (4) ) LC-MS-MS analysis; (5) database search; (6) data processing. In the present invention, proteomics technology is used to identify proteins and their digestion products in different intestinal segments, and on this basis, the sources of proteins and their contents in different intestinal segments can be determined. An in-depth understanding of the functions of differential proteins in the body, among which the gene expression of enzymes related to protein digestion and metabolism may be different, provides a scientific basis for further scientific evaluation of protein digestion and utilization.
