The invention has the advantages that: the application of the high-resolution melting curve technology and the three pairs of primers provided by the invention can realize the detection of the gene mutation sites of three recessive genetic defects of CVM, BLAD and DUMPS of the dairy cows, the detection result is consistent with the result of a sequencing method, and the method has the advantages of simple operation, rapidness and high flux. |
