titleOfInvention Method for relieving crop continuous cropping obstacle
abstract The invention relates to a method for relieving continuous cropping obstacles of crops, which comprises the steps of adding MS culture solution into a culture bottle, transplanting cultured seedlings into the culture bottle, illuminating for 16 h/dark for 8h at 25-28 ℃, and performing shake culture for 5-10 d; then rinsing the seedlings with sterile water, and transplanting the seedlings into MS culture solution containing an inhibitor to culture for 2-5 days; the concentration of the inhibitor is 10-200 mu M. The inhibitor is glibenclamide, nifedipine or verapamil. According to the method, three resistance-conferring protein activity inhibitors, namely glibenclamide, nifedipine and verapamil, are used for treating cucumber seedlings, and experiments prove that the inhibition effect of root secretion on germination of cucumber seeds and elongation of the embryonic roots under the seedlings can be remarkably reduced, so that the cucumber continuous cropping obstacle can be remarkably relieved.
