titleOfInvention Additive for improving durability of concrete and preparation method thereof
abstract The invention provides an additive for improving the durability of concrete and a preparation method thereof, wherein the additive comprises the following steps: 1) mixing nonyl phenol and formaldehyde in the presence of a catalyst to obtain M1; 2) mixing the prepared M1 with NaOH, adding ethylene oxide, and reacting at the temperature of 120-150 ℃ for 2-5h to obtain M2; 3) mixing glacial acetic acid, tetrabutyl titanate and absolute ethyl alcohol under the condition that the pH value is 3-5 to prepare M3; 4) m3 is added into the M2 obtained above in a dropwise manner at the temperature of 160-180 ℃ to obtain the admixture for improving the durability of concrete. The invention has the following beneficial effects: when the additive prepared by the invention is added into concrete, the durability of the concrete can be effectively improved, and the tolerance to severe environment is effectively improved.
