titleOfInvention Precursor emulsion for preparing photovoltaic material with flexible perovskite structure and preparation method thereof
abstract The invention discloses a photovoltaic material with a flexible perovskite structure and a preparation method thereof, belonging to the field of photoelectric conversion materials, in particular to the field of photoelectric conversion materials with a perovskite structure. In the present invention, the organic solution of methylamine halide is slowly dropped into the organic solution of lead halide to form a mixed solution, and the ethylene oxide-propylene oxide copolyether is dissolved in water to form a thickening solution, and the mixed solution is dropped into the mixed solution. The thickening solution is added until the mixed solution forms a viscous emulsion to obtain a precursor emulsion, which is then coated on a flexible substrate to obtain a photovoltaic material with a flexible perovskite structure. The development of flexibility maintains the photoelectric conversion rate of photovoltaic materials with general perovskite structure.
