titleOfInvention | Catalyst for olefin polymerization and preparation method and application thereof |
abstract | The invention relates to the field of olefin polymerization, and particularly provides a catalyst for olefin polymerization and a preparation method and application thereof. The catalyst for olefin polymerization contains: (i) a catalyst component; (ii) at least one alkyl aluminum compound; (iii) an external electron donor; the catalyst component contains a product obtained by the reaction of a magnesium source, a titanium source and an internal electron donor, wherein the internal electron donor contains a phosphate compound and a diether compound, and the content of phosphorus in the catalyst component calculated by phosphorus element is not more than 0.06 wt% based on the total weight of the catalyst component; the external electron donor has a structure shown in formula (1). The catalyst provided by the invention does not contain phthalate compounds (plasticizers), has high hydrogen regulation sensitivity and stereospecificity, and can obtain polymers with narrow molecular weight distribution when being applied to olefin polymerization.
