Has the advantages that: the method has the advantages of low requirement on equipment, simplicity, easiness in implementation, low energy consumption, high production efficiency, good selectivity and easiness in realization of large-scale industrial production; the nitrogen-doped single-walled carbon nanotubes have uniform tube diameter distribution and long length, the tube length is 0.15-1.0 mu m, and the tube length of the carbon nanotubes can be controlled according to the adjustment of the amount of the catalyst and the reaction time. |
