abstract The invention discloses a solid catalyst, which comprises the following components in molar ratio: and (3) nZr: nW: nTi: nFe: nAl: nYi: nSi = 1.5-2.0: 0.2-0.5: 0.5-0.9: 0.3-0.4: 1-2: 0.2-0.5: 0.1-0.5. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the solid catalyst and a method for preparing diglyceride by using the solid catalyst, which comprises the steps of weighing fatty acid, glycerol and the solid catalyst, placing the fatty acid, the glycerol and the solid catalyst into a round-bottom flask, stirring for continuous reaction for 2-6 hours, centrifuging, standing and separating liquid; and (3) performing primary molecular distillation on the oil layer obtained after liquid separation to remove unreacted free acid and monoglyceride, and then performing secondary molecular distillation to remove triglyceride to obtain diglyceride. The invention has simple process, wide raw material range, high conversion efficiency and low production cost, and meets the requirement of clean production.
