titleOfInvention Use of extract of post-immortal jellyfish
abstract Use of an extract of Aequorea victoria for preparing an agent for promoting skin cell regeneration, wherein the extract of Aequorea victoria is obtained by extraction using a method comprising the steps of: providing a sample of a post-immortal jellyfish; homogenizing the post-immortal jellyfish sample with a phosphate buffered saline to obtain a supernatant; precipitating the total protein of the post-immortal jellyfish sample by using an ammonium sulfate solution (the saturation percentage is 60-100%) and obtaining a precipitate; the pellet was dissolved back in 50mM Tris-HCl buffer; and dialyzing with the Tris-HCl buffer solution to remove small molecular substances with the molecular weight of less than 10kDa, and freeze-drying the dialyzed product.
