abstract | The invention discloses a heme extraction method, which comprises the following steps: (1) centrifuging the anticoagulated pig blood, collecting erythrocyte liquid, mixing the erythrocyte liquid with water, stirring for hemolysis, then adjusting the pH value to 7-9, and adding compound proteolytic enzyme for enzymolysis; (2) adjusting the pH value of the enzymatic hydrolysate to 3-3.5 after enzymolysis, and collecting a first precipitate after standing; (3) dissolving the first precipitate in a sodium hydroxide solution, adjusting the pH value to 7-9, centrifuging to obtain a supernatant, adding anhydrous calcium chloride into the supernatant to precipitate heme, centrifuging and collecting a second precipitate; (4) washing the second precipitate to neutrality, and collecting a third precipitate; (5) and drying the third precipitate to obtain the product.
