titleOfInvention | Hydrogen sulfide purification system and method of microwave-excited magnetically separable catalyst |
abstract | The invention provides a hydrogen sulfide purification system and a hydrogen sulfide purification method of a microwave excitation magnetic separation catalyst. Microwave excitation can separate the catalyst magnetically and activate peroxide in the microwave spray reactor to produce hydroxyl and sulfate radical and oxidize the rest hydrogen sulfide into gaseous sulfuric acid. The generated gaseous sulfuric acid is washed and absorbed by a spraying tower at the tail part to generate a sulfuric acid solution. The sulfuric acid solution generated in the spray tower firstly enters a catalyst magnetic separation tower for magnetic separation, recovery and regeneration. The sulfuric acid solution enters a neutralization tower to generate an ammonium sulfate solution, and finally enters an evaporation crystallization separation tower. And evaporating and crystallizing by adopting a high-temperature flue gas waste heat utilization system to obtain the solid ammonium sulfate fertilizer. The system can realize 100% removal of hydrogen sulfide, has no secondary pollution in the removal process, and has wide market application prospect. |
