abstract | The present invention provides a double EvaGreen real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR detection kit for pigeon TTV and pigeon novel adenovirus. The kit includes primers whose sequences are shown in SEQ ID NO. 1-4, and has high specificity and sensitivity. The established method can simultaneously detect pigeon TTV and pigeon novel adenovirus infection in pigeon flocks, which simplifies the operation procedure and saves costs. After the real-time quantitative PCR reaction is completed, the results can be directly judged by observing the peak value (Tm value) of the dissolution curve. The establishment of the present invention can fill the blank of related fields at home and abroad. |
