abstract | The invention belongs to genetic engineering field, more particularly to a kind of hair-like nostoc NfcrtO anti-drought genes and its amino acid sequence and the application for improving plant drought resistance.Hair-like nostoc NfcrtO anti-drought genes, it is characterised in that the nucleotide sequence of the gene is as shown in sequence table SEQ ID NO.1.The amino acid sequence of the gene is as shown in sequence table SEQ ID NO.2.Application of the hair-like nostoc NfcrtO anti-drought genes in plant drought resistance is improved, the application especially in rice.Drought stress simulation, stress is all dead to compareing, then Solution culture method is recovered, observation survives situation, experimental result shown after rehydration culture in 10 days, and wild type control does not survive plant, and transgenic line OE 4, OE 5 has 43% and 26% survival rate respectively, illustrates to overexpress the recovery drought resistance that NfcrtO genes improve transfer-gen plant really in rice. |
