titleOfInvention | Mouse RBM10 gene editing site and application thereof |
abstract | The invention discloses a mouse RBM10 gene editing site and application thereof, wherein a nucleotide sequence of the mouse RBM10 gene editing site is shown as SEQ ID NO. 1, a pDR274 vector is used as a framework to construct a Cas9 gRNA expression vector inserted with mouse RBM10 gene editing target sites T1 and T2, and the editing sites T1 and T2 of a mouse RBM10 gene can be efficiently knocked out. The two editing sites can be used for Cas 9-mediated mouse RBM10 gene targeting, and the RBM10 gene modified mouse is prepared, so that the invention identifies the efficient editing sites of the mouse RBM10 gene, analyzes the targeting efficiency, and provides a new way for constructing a transgenic mouse with an RBM10 gene endogenous knockout or a fixed point knock-in exogenous gene. |
