abstract The invention discloses a photosensitive crosslinking agent, a preparation method and application thereof. The photocrosslinking agent is a branched benzodione photocrosslinking agent. The cross-linking agent prepared by the invention can be irradiated by UVA light, and within a very short irradiation time, no catalyst is needed, and an effective cross-linking process can be realized without generating by-products. By adopting the novel photo-crosslinking method of the present invention, the crosslinked polymer material can be prepared by simply mixing the crosslinking agent with the matrix material and then irradiating ultraviolet rays. The cross-linked insulating layer material obtained in the invention is suitable for preparing various organic field effect transistor devices by a solution method, and is a cross-linked polymer insulating layer material with excellent performance. The cross-linked hole conduction layer material obtained in the invention is suitable for preparing organic thin films by a solution method in various organic electroluminescence display devices, and is a crosslinked polymer hole conduction layer material with excellent performance.
