abstract | The invention belongs to the technical field of chromatographic materials, and discloses an organic polymer integral material based on a zwitterion cross-linking agent, and preparation and application thereof. Mixing a zwitterionic cross-linking agent, a pore-forming agent and an initiator, ultrasonically dissolving, degassing, filling into a container, and carrying out polymerization reaction at the temperature of 40-70 ℃ or under 365nm ultraviolet light to obtain the organic polymer integral material based on the zwitterionic cross-linking agent; the zwitterionic crosslinking agent is any one of betaine compounds with a structure shown in a formula (I), carboxylic betaine compounds with a structure shown in a formula (II) and phosphatidyl choline compounds with structures shown in formulas (III) and (IV). The zwitterionic compound is simultaneously used as a functional monomer and a cross-linking agent, so that the composition of a polymerization system is greatly reduced, and the obtained integral material has good separation selectivity on polar or ionic compounds, and is expected to be applied to efficient enrichment of protein and glycopeptide in a complex sample. |
