abstract | The present invention relates to a RAFT agent, a method for polymerizing olefins and/or dienes and/or vinyl compounds and/or vinylidene compounds by using at least one RAFT agent, and the polymers synthesized by the method have sulfur-crossable Linked rubber compounds, and use of the sulfur-crosslinkable rubber compounds for the manufacture of pneumatic vehicle tires, strips, belts or pipes. According to a preferred embodiment, the RAFT reagent is represented by the formula Z-C(=S)-S-R-S-P(I), wherein Z is a typical Z group for RAFT polymerization and R is a typical Z-group for RAFT polymerization R group, C is a carbon atom, S is a sulfur atom, and P is a protecting group selected from the group consisting of: S(=O) 2 -R 1 , wherein R 1 = alkyl, benzyl or benzene and/or S-C(=S)-N-R 2 R 3 , wherein R 2 and R 3 = alkyl, benzyl or phenyl; and/or C(=O)-R 4 , wherein R 4 = alkyl; and/or N-R 5 R 6 , wherein R 5 = hydrogen atom (H), alkyl, benzyl or phenyl, and R 6 = alkyl, benzyl or phenyl; and/or SiR 7 R 8 R 9 , wherein R 7 , R 8 and R 9 = alkyl or benzyl; and/or S(=O) 2 —OM, wherein M=Na, K or H. |
