The catalyst is easy to prepare, the reaction condition is mild, the substrate adaptability is wide, the environment is friendly, and the recombinant cell of the catalyst can efficiently catalyze the asymmetric reduction of the prochiral ketone with high concentration in a reaction system containing dimethyl sulfoxide and xylose without adding any coenzyme, so that the generated chiral alcohol with high optical purity (ee is more than or equal to 99 percent) has good industrial application prospect. |
