titleOfInvention | Yeast product with functions of resisting oxidation and supplementing selenium and preparation method thereof |
abstract | The invention discloses a yeast product with functions of oxidation resistance and selenium supplement and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) adding sodium selenite into the saccharomyces cerevisiae in the logarithmic growth phase and/or the stationary growth phase, fermenting, collecting bacterial liquid, and centrifugally drying to obtain thalli; (2) inactivating the thalli obtained in the step (1) to ensure that the intracellular enzyme keeps activity while the saccharomyces cerevisiae dies; (3) adding neutral protease, papain and NaCl into the inactivated thallus obtained in the step (2), and performing enzymolysis autolysis under an anaerobic condition; (4) and (4) collecting the autolysis solution obtained in the step (3), centrifuging, and freeze-drying the obtained precipitate to obtain a yeast product. The yeast product produced by the preparation method has high selenium content, has oxidation resistance, is beneficial to the digestion and absorption of animals on organic selenium, and has the functions of oxidation resistance and selenium supplement. |
