abstract | The invention discloses an application of taro polysaccharide in reducing liver cell lipid deposition. The preparation method of the taro polysaccharide comprises the following steps: 1) and preparing a crude product of the taro polysaccharide: mixing bean dasheen flower with distilled water, extracting, pulping, centrifuging, and concentrating; adding ethanol into the obtained concentrated solution until the final concentration of ethanol is 80 + -5%, standing at 4 + -1 deg.C for 24 + -2 h, and collecting precipitate to obtain crude polysaccharide of Sophora alopecuroides L; 2) and purifying the crude taro polysaccharide, which comprises decoloring the crude taro polysaccharide by active carbon and deproteinizing by a Sevage method. |
