titleOfInvention | Waterproof moisture-permeable film and preparation method thereof |
abstract | The application discloses waterproof moisture-permeable film and a preparation method thereof, wherein the waterproof moisture-permeable film comprises the following components in parts by weight: 80-120 parts of hydrophilic modified polyester resin, 0-10 parts of polyester resin modifier, 0-20 parts of polyol, 0-5 parts of slipping agent, 0-5 parts of anti-sticking agent, 0-30 parts of inorganic filler, 0-10 parts of modified starch and 1-20 parts of modified microporous cellulose powder. According to the waterproof moisture-permeable film and the preparation method thereof, firstly, biomass materials are adopted from raw material selection, are natural and belong to renewable resources, so that the dependence on non-renewable petrochemical resources is reduced; secondly, the selected polyester raw material has better biodegradability, and meanwhile, the polyester is modified by the polyhydric alcohol to generate the block polymer, so that macromolecules in the waterproof moisture-permeable film can be more easily degraded into the polymer with lower molecular weight, the waterproof moisture-permeable film can meet the physicochemical requirements of textile and clothing, and the waterproof moisture-permeable film also has better biodegradability, thereby realizing environmental protection and sustainable development. |
