In 2016, the biological digestion agent provided by the invention is utilized to treat a certain black and odorous river channel in Shanghai Putuo district, and experimental results show that the biological digestion agent provided by the invention can obviously reduce CODcr and BOD in the black and odorous river channel 5 、NH 3 -N and TP values.
