The invention relates to dehydroabietic acid oxadiazine heterocyclic derivatives with a structure shown in a general formula (I) and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof: the invention relates to a dehydroabietic acid oxadiazine heterocyclic derivative I-a with a structure shown in a general formula (I) 1 To I-a 9 ,I‑b 1 To I-b 2 The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) dehydroabietic acid is subjected to thionyl chloride acyl chlorination reaction to obtain dehydroabietyl chloride; (2) reacting dehydroabietyl chloride with phenylhydrazine hydrochloride containing different substituents to obtain a dehydroabietyl phenylhydrazine derivative with the corresponding substituents; (3) and (3) reacting the dehydroabietylphenylhydrazine derivative with chloroacetyl chloride for cyclization to obtain the dehydroabietic acid oxadiazine heterocyclic derivative with the corresponding substituent. The dehydroabietic acid oxadiazine heterocyclic derivative has a strong inhibition effect on bacteria, and has a value in developing antibacterial drugs.
