abstract | The application discloses a preparation method of an oxide quantum dot modified graphene/zinc oxide photocatalytic material, which comprises the following steps: (1) preparing precursor powder of the graphene/zinc oxide photocatalytic material; (2) preparing a graphene/zinc oxide photocatalytic material; (3) preparing the graphene/zinc oxide photocatalytic material modified by the oxide quantum dots. The method is beneficial to widening the spectral response range of the graphene/zinc oxide composite material, improving the photon yield and catalytic activity, realizing effective storage and release of photoproduction electrons through energy band structural engineering design, and solving the problem that the catalytic material does not have catalytic activity when no light exists. |
