abstract | A nanopore-based sequencing chip package is disclosed. Nanopore-based sequencing chip packages include reservoirs defined by multiple surfaces. The chip package includes an array of nanopore cells including a plurality of nanopore sensor cells surrounded by a reservoir. Each nanopore sensor cell has a working electrode. At least one surface of the reservoir is configured to contact the conductive fluid as it flows through the reservoir. The chip package also includes a counter electrode disposed on the at least one surface of the reservoir. |
