abstract the invention discloses a method for rapidly detecting primary aromatic amine in a finger painting pigment, which comprises sample treatment and sample analysis, wherein an in-situ spray ionization device is adopted for detection; (1) sample treatment: dipping a finger painting pigment sample by using a metal microelectrode, and inserting the finger painting pigment sample into the borosilicate glass capillary filled with the mixed solution in advance to form an in-situ spray ionization device; (2) and (3) sample analysis: in-situ spray ionization is placed at the front end of an injection port of an ion mobility spectrometer, parameters of the ion mobility spectrometer are set, spray voltage is applied, a sample is ionized, enters a migration tube, is separated and is detected by a Faraday cup detector. The method provided by the invention is low in cost and simple and convenient to operate, and can be used for accurately and quickly detecting the primary aromatic amine in the finger painting pigment.
