titleOfInvention | Embedding and curing method of D-pantolactone hydrolase |
abstract | The invention relates to a method for embedding and curing D-pantoic lactone hydrolase, which comprises the steps of carrying out microfiltration on D-pantoic lactone hydrolase fermentation liquor produced by fermentation of fusarium oxysporum by using a ceramic membrane, heating obtained mycelium concentrated solution to 45-55 ℃, adding modified starch ether, stirring until the mycelium concentrated solution is uniformly dispersed, standing, then sequentially adding diatomite and sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, stirring until no bubbles exist, cooling to 2-5 ℃, granulating, and drying under reduced pressure to obtain D-pantoic lactone hydrolase embedded condensate. The invention has the advantages of easily obtained adopted materials, controllable quality, reliable effect of forming immobilized enzyme, high enzyme activity recovery rate of more than 64 percent, simple and convenient method, repeated recovery and utilization, low production cost, less waste water, reduced environmental protection treatment intensity and suitability for industrial production. |
