abstract | The invention relates to the technical field of lubricating oil, in particular to a stable benzimidazole antioxidant for lubricating oil and a preparation method thereof, wherein the stable benzimidazole antioxidant for lubricating oil is prepared from the following substances in parts by weight: 20-50 parts of benzimidazole, 5-15 parts of metal powder, 8-12 parts of oil-soluble group, 3-6 parts of silane coupling agent, 2-6 parts of surfactant and 20-100 parts of organic solvent. The preparation method comprises the steps of dispersing benzimidazole and metal powder uniformly in advance, introducing an oil-soluble group into a benzimidazole molecular structure to form amphiphobic ether-based benzimidazole, and obtaining a stable benzimidazole antioxidant formed by coating the metal powder with the amphiphobic ether-based benzimidazole. |
