titleOfInvention | Preparation method and application of glycosyl naphthalimide compounds |
abstract | The invention relates to a preparation method and application of a glycosyl naphthalimide compound. Using the principles of medicinal chemistry, a series of novel glycosyl naphthalimide derivatives with general structural formula such as I have been designed and synthesized. Derivatives were tested and evaluated for their inhibitory activity against human GH20 and GH84β-N-acetylhexosaminidase. The test results show that the glycosyl naphthalimide compounds designed and synthesized by the present invention have inhibitory activity on both human β-N-acetylhexosaminidase families, and some compounds have high-efficiency activity and selectivity. Therefore, the compounds of the present invention or their pharmaceutically acceptable salts have broad application prospects in the preparation of medicines for the treatment of diseases related to human β-N-acetylhexosaminidase. |
