titleOfInvention | Time-resolved fluorescence immunochromatographic test strip and kit for quantitatively detecting human H-FABP and preparation method thereof |
abstract | The invention discloses a time-resolved fluorescence immunochromatographic test strip for quantitatively detecting human H-FABP, which comprises a base plate, and a sample pad, a combination pad, a coating film and absorbent paper which are sequentially arranged on the base plate, wherein the combination pad is coated with an H-FABP monoclonal detection antibody marked by fluorescent microspheres, the coating film comprises a detection area and a control area which are arranged in parallel and are mutually spaced, the detection area is coated with an H-FABP monoclonal capture antibody, the control area is coated with a goat anti-mouse IgG antibody, and the H-FABP monoclonal detection antibody corresponds to an epitope with an amino acid sequence shown in any one of SEQ ID No. 1-SEQ ID No. 4. The invention realizes the single-person quantitative detection of H-FABP, and has high sensitivity, stable marker, strong anti-interference and good repeatability of detection result; simple operation and short detection time, and provides great convenience for clinical use. |
