titleOfInvention | Novel target for inhibiting bladder cancer metastasis and application thereof |
abstract | The invention belongs to the technical field of biology, and relates to a new target for inhibiting bladder cancer metastasis and application thereof. The invention takes bladder cancer T24T and UMUC3 cells as models, and the transfer characteristic of the bladder cancer cells can be reduced in vitro and in vivo by inhibiting miR-3648 expression. Therefore, the miR-3648 expression inhibitor can inhibit bladder cancer metastasis. The method for detecting that miR-3648 expression in most clinical high-grade invasive bladder cancer tissues is in a significant up-regulation trend by using a real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR (polymerase chain reaction) technology, a bioinformatics analysis TCGA (tcGA) database and other methods. As can be seen, the expression of miR-3648 is closely related to high-grade invasive bladder cancer through detection. The invention is expected to provide a new target and corresponding measures for inhibiting bladder cancer metastasis. |
